With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

All goods must be in new condition, with the original packaging, labeling and Anything Technical receipt. A refund request will be processed within 3 working days from receipt. Goods may be cancelled and returned under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for 14 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders bought in specifically on the instructions of the customer. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault. Clear, simple spoken instructions tell you what to do in every phase of your search to keep things calm when survival is of the utmost importance. The display is exceptionally stable from first reception, which reduces stress and helps speed up the search. The three-antenna device features Smart-Antenna Technology, which analyzes the device’s location in the avalanche and automatically switches to the best transmitting antenna, providing up to double the range.
The Diract Voice is intuitive and easy to use, featuring a single button to flag burial victims or switch to standby mode. Secondary avalanche protection automatically switches from search-and-standby mode to transmit mode to guarantee the searcher full protection. The full-graphic, extra-large screen is easy to read in extreme light conditions and provides intuitive user guidance via clear instructions and a 360-degree real-time display.
Weighing just 210 grams, the device features a rubberized grip zone for secure handling while wearing gloves. It fits easily into a hip pocket or the included quick-access carrying system, which automatically pushes out the transceiver when unzipped. A RECCO reflector is integrated into the carrying system as a backup. The device is powered by a rechargeable low-temperature battery that remains reliable even at -20°C.
