With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

All goods must be in new condition, with the original packaging, labeling and Anything Technical receipt. A refund request will be processed within 3 working days from receipt. Goods may be cancelled and returned under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for 14 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders bought in specifically on the instructions of the customer. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault. Snoli Base Repair Drip Sticks
Snoli Base Repair Drip Sticks are used to fill in small cracks and gouges in ski and snowboard bases to effect a temporary repair. Supplied in a pack of 10.
Drip candles are easy to use and require no special skill or knowledge; once the base is clean, simply light the end of the candle and drip into the crack or gouge. You can then remove any excess material with a metal scraper or dreadnought file. It should be considered a temporary repair to get you back onto the piste; a well-equipped ski workshop should be able to effect a more permanent solution with either an extrusion pistol or a patch.
