With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

All goods must be in new condition, with the original packaging, labeling and Anything Technical receipt. A refund request will be processed within 3 working days from receipt. Goods may be cancelled and returned under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for 14 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders bought in specifically on the instructions of the customer. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault. Therm-Ic Ultra Heat Boost Women's Heated Ski Gloves are high-performance heated ski gloves designed to distribute heat 360° around the fingers.
These gloves feature Primaloft insulation technology, providing excellent insulation and waterproofing. With heating elements that wrap around the fingers and the top of the hand, they ensure superior heat distribution. The 3 heating modes provide even and gentle heat for up to 7.5 hours. They are partly made of genuine leather, a soft and resistant material with heat-regulating properties, and a waterproof and breathable membrane with a 10k rating.
Practical features include a flexible thumb strap for wiping a ski mask, a safety cord to prevent them from getting lost, and a drawstring to help keep the heat in. The thin sleeve provides a better fit with the jacket, and they include a waterproof zippered pocket containing two batteries.
Never machine wash gloves. Drying temperature should not exceed 40°C. Never dry in a tumble dryer or on the radiator. For optimal drying, use the Therm-ic Refresher, Therm-ic dryer or Therm-ic UV Warmer.
To prolong battery life, store in a cool place (5°C to 20°C) after they have been half charged. During storage, batteries should not be connected to the glove or the USB charger.
