With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

All goods must be in new condition, with the original packaging, labeling and Anything Technical receipt. A refund request will be processed within 3 working days from receipt. Goods may be cancelled and returned under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for 14 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders bought in specifically on the instructions of the customer. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection. Sidas Horseshoe Ankle Padding For Ski Boots
Sore ankle bones are a common ski boot fit problem, particularly for those with more pronounced ankle bones. It is often the internal ankle that causes discomfort, as it is typically larger and sits higher, often exacerbated by pronation. Sidas Horseshoe Ankle Padding helps to reduce this pressure by creating a pocket around the ankle bone. When applied to the outside of the inner boot, the bone sits within the hole of the horseshoe, alleviating discomfort.

Fitting Tips
Remove the liner from the ski boot by holding the top of the boot cuff from the back and pushing the liner forward. Place your foot in the liner and locate your inner ankle bone by pressing against it. Stick one horseshoe on the outside of the liner so your ankle bone sits in the hole in the middle. Trim off any excess material towards the front of the ankle to prevent pressure points on the instep. Replace the liner in the boot and try on. If necessary, a second horseshoe may be fitted over the first to fully alleviate pressure.
