DELIVERY INFORMATION
For small, low value items we use Royal Mail 1st class standard untracked service, for higher value items we use insured, traceable delivery services from a range of couriers. 24-hour standard delivery is from the date of despatch not the date of ordering and is subject to stock availability from our store. For goods out of stock, we will update you with our anticipated delivery date within 1 working day of receiving the order. Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to 2 working days extra.
Payment for goods will be taken up to 24 hours prior to despatching the goods. Despatch will not be made unless a full match is made on credit card details, we will inform you within 24 hours if a match has not been made. We regret we no longer accept cheque payments.
The despatch time cut-off for courier orders received is 12:00 GMT. Please note we do not despatch on weekends or bank holidays so orders received after 13:00 on Fridays will be despatched on the next working day. Orders received on bank holidays or weekends will be despatched on the next working day.

Deliveries are usually attempted between 9:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, although some carriers do now deliver outside of these times. Due to the Covid pandemic most carriers do not now ask for a signature but again this may differ depending on the courier. If there is normally no one at home, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery. Alternatively, please supply an address that can receive the parcel on your behalf. Acceptance of your order commences when your order is despatched. At this point the purchase contract starts and you will be charged for the goods.
Should your parcel show signs of damage on receipt from the courier, please make a note of this on the courier’s documents or if possible, take photographs of the damaged areas. This will assist in any claims which may occur later.
Anything Technical Ltd will not accept any consequential loss claims for undelivered items, liability is limited to the cost of the items and their shipping.
