Ski and Snowboard Technician Training Courses run by Anything Technical Ltd are renowned not just within the UK but also Europe and the rest of the world. We are the UK industry leaders in the training of both ski and snowboard technicians and ski boot fitters. We are recognised by and have the backing of the majority of the major boot and ski brands in the UK as we have been working very closely with most of them for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our ski and snowboard technician training courses<\/strong>, and ski boot fitting training courses<\/strong> have been running since 1983 and in that time we have successfully trained over three thousand technicians, many of whom have gone on to fill ski technician or ski boot fitter vacancies in the UK, Europe, the USA or even further afield. All our courses are designed to give a mixture of theory and practical and are fully certificated. There are 3 separate certificates, 1 for each course, which should help those of you who are looking for employment in either the UK or abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We keep a list of tour operators or retail shops abroad that look for new ski\/board technicians on an annual basis. This list is given out to all attendees on day 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are also the UK representatives for both Wintersteiger<\/strong> (the worlds no 1 brand of ski\/board repair machinery and workshop products) and Holmenkol<\/strong> (the worlds oldest wax brand). We supply the UK retailers with products from both companies and service the machinery on an annual basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We put no age limit on who attends (within reason) so whether you are looking to learn how to maintain your own equipment, wanting to go and work abroad or wanting employment in the snow sports industry within the UK, we run courses that are ideally suited to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most popular course is the full 3 day course covering ski\/board repair work and boot fitting. However we are willing to cater for individual needs or create a course that is tailor made for a group or organisation. This could include ski race preparation<\/strong> or race ski waxing to a world cup standard which is above and beyond what is covered in the standard courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although we supply drinks and biscuits throughout the day, it is the responsibility of each individual to organise their own accommodation, breakfast, lunch and evening meals. A list of reasonably priced accommodation is included with all course bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of our training courses are run from our Kendal based offices at the following address: Anything Technical Ltd. Sand Aire House, New Road, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4AY. The bus station is 300 metres away, Kendal train station 400 metres and the main west coast line station at Oxenholme is only 3 kilometres away.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
