Sidas Custom OPCT Orthotic Insole
Sidas insoles are quite simply the best custom footbeds you can buy! The process for making them is described on our “Insoles” page on this website and from consultation to fitting them in your shoes takes approximately 45 minutes. More comfortable and effective than an off the peg insole but much cheaper than a full orthotic, they can alleviate a multitude of foot related problems and leave you with fitter, fresher feet.
The Custom OPCT is a general purpose 3/4 length customised insole designed to fit in leather shoes or boots or types footwear that don’t have removable insole. It works particularly well in fashion shoes where low volume in the toe area means you can’t fit a standard, full length insoles and can, quite literally transform your levels of comfort on long days. It combines a Podialene top with a Transflux base to provide maximum comfort and support in all conditions. The Podialene is also impregnated with silver ions to combat bacterial build up, helping reduce nasty odours!

Prices for a pair of insoles varies depending on the model and whether you require any further modification work such as metatarsal domes or bars, heels lifts etc.. Please allow an hour for your visit as we are also a retail ski shop and are very busy during the winter months. We provide a thorough consultation (for which we do not charge) which includes a full bio-mechanical assessment of your foot and lower leg and, if your problems are beyond our knowledge and skills we may refer you to a Qualified Podiatrist.
